Nolan is ONE!! - Greensburg, Indiana Children Photographer

Sweet little Nolan is ONE! I have been blessed to get to see this little man every six months for milestone sessions since his newborn session. He is such a handsome little guy! I can’t wait to see what the future has for Nolan!

Side note: I have been photographing this family since before they were a family! I photographed mom and dad in their engagement session, their wedding, and their daughter’s first year milestones. And now I just added their son’s first year to this list of life events I have photographed for their family.

We got to do their session at Trader’s Point Creamery in Indianapolis. It is so beautiful in their garden! And another fun fact, mom and dad had their engagement pictures taken there as well! :)

Lincoln 1 Year Old - Cake Smash - Greensburg, Indiana Photographer

One year sessions are always fun! Especially when I have gotten to watch them grow over their first year of life! I have photographed Lincoln every 3 months for the last year. His personality has been fun to watch develop and change from each session. I’m excited to see him grow into a baseball loving, tractor riding, fun loving little brother!

Madeleine Turns One! - Greensburg, Indiana Children's Photographer

Madeleine is ONE! I cannot believe it! It seems like just yesterday that her momma was telling me she was pregnant with a baby girl! I was so excited for their family. I know how much they wanted her in their lives. I know how they longed to hold her. And now she’s here! And she’s ONE!

I was honored to be a part of her birth story and be one of the very first to meet her. I have loved to watch her grow over the year. I was lucky enough to photograph her every 3 months for the first year. And I might say…she is absolutely beautiful!

I can’t wait to watch her grow from a sweet toddler all the way to an independent, young woman. The world is yours, pretty girl!

Nolan Six Months Old - Greensburg, Indiana Family Photographer

Happy Nolan is six months old! He was super smiley for his session. Since it was freezing cold outside, we planned to meet at the Indianapolis Artsgarden downtown Indianapolis. The natural light is gorgeous and definitely warmer than being outside in 20 degree weather!

I love seeing this family and getting to catch up with them. Evelyn kept wanting me to hold her even though she wasn’t as interested in getting her picture taken as her brother. She’s a sweet little girl and great big sister. They both are growing so fast! Before you know it, I will be posting about Nolan turning ONE! And I can’t wait! :)

Kirkpatrick Family/Lincoln 6 Months - Greensburg, Indiana Family Photographer

Lincoln is 6 months old! This little guy has the best “old man” presence ever! He has the appearance that he could tell you so many stories or that he is going to scold you for something wrong. Either way, I love all the looks he gives me! Watching little ones change is so fun to watch.

With having his milestone sessions throughout the year, Lynsi also wanted to have some family photos taken as well at one of the sessions. So, this session wasn’t completely about little Lincoln. James and Lynsi’s other kiddos also got some attention too. I loved all their outfits and the spot was perfect for their little farm family.

Jacobs Family - Greensburg, Indiana Family Photographer

I have spent the last year watching sweet Porter grow. I was honored to get to do his newborn and six month sessions and now his one year session. I was glad we got to finish with the whole family together for this one. Porter has grown into a handsome little guy. And big brother, Conner, is such a cutie too! 

We met for their session at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park for a perfect evening session. The light was beautiful and the weather was amazing. We had had some really hot days before their session, but it was about 75 and breezy that evening. We could not have asked for better weather. Here are a few of my favorites from their session.
